February 2024 Book List: Discovering New Books For The Month

Hello Friends, Is it February already? I had a successful reading month in January and read 6 out of the 7 books I had signed up for. The one book I did not read is now on my February book list. I have quite the spread this month. I hope you will find a book in this collection that you can read along as well.

Make sure to stop by and share what books you are reading this month.

I started reading this book last year after a Christian influencer recommended it. It is one of those books I have been listening to in the car with little time to finish up. I just picked up my copy from the library and look forward to reading it this month.

This book has a similar theme to Surprised by Hope. I am reading it through a Christian book club and is a pretty short read but needs some focused attention. I also get to attend a virtual chat with the writer through the bookclub. If you enjoy reading sound Biblical theology, this is a great book for you.

I’ve been wanting to read Loretta’s biography for a long time and what a coincidence that it is also Black History Month. It is an excellent time to learn history and honor the people who made significant contributions to society.

I started reading this book last year after a Christian influencer recommended it. It is one of those books I have been listening to in the car with little time to finish up. I will be picking up a copy from my library so I can read it at bed time. This book discusses the question about death and what happens to us. Sadly, many christians get this wrong and a deeper look into the Bible with a good teacher can give us the insights into better understanding the answer to that question.

This book was gifted to me by Singapore Math, and I am pumped to read it. Singapore math is an excellent math curriculum and has a strong emphasis on building foundational math skills in a sustainable way. This book covers their methodology and method of teaching. It is especially helpful to those who are using this curriculum as a core program in their home.

I’ll be honest. I wasn’t sure if I was going to read this book when it was chosen for a bookclub I attend on Instagram. This book is written by the mom who is the founder of 1000 hours outside, and my main drive to read it is to hear her side of the movement and be inspired to maybe do more with my kids in this area.
